How far away from the airport are you?
Bristol Airport is 15miles away so approx. 20/25 min car journey
How long do I have to wait for my transfer to the Airport?
You don’t! As soon as you have arrived and transferred your luggage we will be ready to go
How long before my flight do I need to arrive to park my car?
Bristol airport recommends you arrive 2 hours before you flight departure time we therefore recommend you arrive with us 3hrs before to ensure we have enough time to get you there
Does my car get taken anywhere?
No your vehicle never leaves our site
Our site is manned and has cctv 24/7
Can I keep my car keys?
Of course- But we advise you leave your keys with us just in case of an emergency. They are locked away safely.
Do you provide baby/car seats?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide them but we are happy for you to use your own, we will then return it back to your car and bring it again when we come to collect you.
How do I pay for the parking ?
Booking and payments are made securely online in advance. We accept payments via Stripe or Paypal.
Can I book in multiple vehicles?
Of course but each vehicle needs its own booking number so bookings will need to be made separately
Can I bring large items such as golf clubs?
Yes but please ensure you add any details of any larger items on the notes when booking. If it is not on the booking this will inncur and additional cost
How long do I have to wait for you to collect me from the airport on my return?
We ask that you contact us as you leave the airport terminal building to ensure we don’t incur additional parking fees at the airport so when you arrive back at the airport please collect your baggage, clear customs and then phone or text as you leave the terminal building. Our driver will then meet you in the same Express Drop Off car park.
Please remember that strict airport regulations mean we are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes in the Express Drop Off car park; otherwise it will incur extra cost which you will then have to pay.
Im trying to make a booking but it is coming up as NOT AVAILABLE- what does this mean?
As we are only a small secure parking site we can only offer a certain number of cars at one time, and also we try to provide personal airport transfers where we can so certain times of the days are not available, so therefore if you do see this message it means we are Fully Booked up on one of the dates you have given, so just contact us and we will check our availability
We do not book in more than we can manage to ensure we provide a personal and high standard service
