Acceptance of Terms: By using the parking facilities at Junction22Parking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not park at our facilities.

Cancellation Policy : We require at least 48hours notice-failure to provide 48 hours notice of a cancellation will not qualify for a refund.

Payment Terms: All fees for parking must be paid in advance. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit cards via online payment platforms such as PayPal or Stripe Payments- Cash or Card is accepted on arrival.

Time Limits: The maximum time limit for parking is clearly indicated upon booking. Overstaying the time limit may result in additional fees. If you need to cancel you need to give notice, failure to provide 48 hours notice of a cancellation you will not qualify for a refund.

Security: Junction22Parking is monitored by on site personnel and equipped with surveillance cameras for added security. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle while it is parked in our facilities.

Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles are allowed in the parking lot with prior agreement , but there may be restrictions on the size and type of commercial vehicle, and additional fees may apply.

Damaged Vehicles: If your vehicle is damaged while parked in our facilities, please report the incident to the us immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action. We will not accept any responsibitly once you have left our premisies

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Junction22Parking reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our facilities constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

Limitation of Liability: Junction22Parking is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our parking facilities.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of United Kingdom.

By using the parking facilities at Junction22Parking, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
